Ty’n Rardd Farmhouse & Ty Efail Cottage are two detached, self-catering holiday homes located next to eachother on the corner of a country lane in a peaceful, rural area 5 minutes drive from the centre of Beaumaris.

The properties are available to let as individual holiday homes, but we have an increasing number of guests booking both houses together as they are ideal for a larger group of up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms ( great for 2 or 3 families).

The properties are separated by a fence with a ‘secret gate’ which is perfect for going between each property (but may also be locked from the Ty Efail side).

The finer details for each property can be found on our website listings for each separate property, but below you will find an overview of the information which is relevant when booking both houses together.

Both are pet friendly, welcoming 2 dogs in each house at no extra charge (additional dogs may be accepted subject to a fee) and the gardens/outdoor areas of each house are fully enclosed.

Ty’n Rardd Farmhouse – 4 Bedrooms – Sleeps 9 adults total plus 1 infant:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King Size Bed plus Single Sofa Bed

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Twin (two singles)

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Twin (two singles)

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Double Bed

Main bathroom (Upstairs): WC, Basin, Bath & Separate Shower Cubicle

Wash Room (Downstairs): WC, Basin, Shower Cubicle

Ty Efail Cottage – Sleeps 5 adults total plus 1 infant:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King Size Bed

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Single

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Double Bed

Bathroom (Downstairs): WC, Basin, Shower Cubicle

Bedlinen & Towels, wardrobes/clothes storage & heating are included all bedrooms. There are also  hairdryers.

Suitability:

As you can see in the details about, both houses have a downstairs bedroom with double bed and a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Parking:

The houses have separate entrances to their own driveways.

Ty’n Rardd has off-road parking for three cars on its own private, gated driveway.

Ty Efail has off-road parking for two cars on its own private, gated driveway.

Outside space:

There is a step at the gate between the two properties.

Also included:

• WiFi is included in both houses which have their own separate connections.
• 1 Travel cot, 1 high chair, 1 stair gate included in each.
• Steam pressed bedlinen and fresh towels
• Handwash and cleaning products.
• Welcome pack
• Starter packs for the fire (Ty Efail has its own log supply).

Also worth noting:

• Dogs are welcome but we ask that they are not allowed in beds or left alone (inside or outside) for any length of time.
• Electric Vehicle Charging available on Ty’n Rardd driveway using our charging point (charging using a trailing extension reel is strictly not permitted).
• No Fireworks allowed.
• 4pm Check-In, 10am Check-Out (unless otherwise arranged)
