Ty Efail is a quaint, detached, 3 bedroom cottage located in an officially recognised “Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty”. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people plus 1 infant and is also dog friendly.

Perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing break, Ty Efail is set in a peaceful location less than 5 minutes drive from the popular seaside town of Beaumaris. This cottage has stunning mountain & sea views!

Access to the property is via a private gated driveway. We are pet friendly and the outdoor areas are fully enclosed.

Rooms:

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): Double Bed

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Kingsize Bed

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Single Bed

Bedlinen, Towels, clothes storage space, heating and hairdryers are included all three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 also has a vanity desk with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Suitability:

Accommodation is on two levels, although the only rooms upstairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. There is 1 step outside and 1 step into the house, plus a staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

Open plan kitchen/diner:

Out well equipped kitchen has an under counter fridge, full size separate under counter freezer, an electric single oven with grill, a 4 ring induction hob, a dishwasher and a winecooler plus all the cutlery, crockers, pots, pans and utensils you would expect to find in any modern family kitchen.

There is a large solid oak dining table with seating for 5 people plus space for a high chair (which we provide).

Living Room:

Our living room has ample seating and a large gallery window with beautiful views of the mountains and a sliding patio door. There is a 5kw log burning stove (we provide unlimited firewood for this) and also a Smart TV.

Bathroom:

Our bathroom has a WC, Basin, large quadrant shower enclosure with electric shower and fitted bathroom furniture.

Parking:

Our long, gated driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars (plus a third if parked in front of the others).

Outside space:

Our outside area is separated into 3 spaces – the driveway & garden with bench, BBQ and firepit, the patio with picnic bench, and the yard area with our well stocked log shed next to the front door.

Other areas:

There is a porch area for hanging coats and dog leads. There is an upstairs storage cupboard on the landing (great for suitcases).

Also worth noting:

• Dogs are welcome but we ask that they are not allowed in beds or left alone (inside or outside) for any length of time.
• Electric Vehicle Charging is strictly not permitted.
• No Fireworks allowed.
• 4pm Check-In, 10am Check-Out (unless otherwise arranged)
