Stay in our spacious, highly rated, 4 bedroom farmhouse located in a peaceful, rural setting just 5 minutes by car from Beaumaris Castle.

Our maximum occupancy is 9 people plus 1 infant. 2 dogs are included in our pricing and we can accommodate additional dogs for a small fee.

After parking on the private driveway, you will enter the house to find our porch area with coat hanging and a bench with shoe storage and then through the porch door into our entrance hallway. Ty’n Rardd has central heating and WiFi throughout.

Main Lounge:

Open fire (complementary log basket provided during the colder months)

Comfy sofas & armchairs with throws. Books and board games.

55″ Smart TV & Bluetooth stereo

Sliding doors leading out to our patio.

Snug Room (second lounge):

Tabletop football, a comfy sofa and 52″ TV. Good to know: our downstairs shower room is accessed via the snug room.

Kitchen/Diner:

Single electric oven/grill, 4 ring electric hob, full size under counter fridge and separate full size under counter fridge freezer.

4 slice toaster, kettle, a full size dishwasher, and a microwave.

Plus all of the items you would expect to find in any modern kitchen such as Plates, Cutlery, Glasses, Pots, Pans, Utensils.
There is a large oak dining table with 8 dining chairs around (there is a high chair and an additional dining chair, both kept in the snug to accommodate an infant and a 9th person).

Utility Room:

Washing machine, tumble dryer, belfast sink and large wine cooler. Good to know: There is a small step from the kitchen into the utility, and the rooms are separated by a door. There is also an external door in the utility leading to the back patio.

Bedrooms:

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9 when also using our single sofa bed in the master bedroom – plus an infant in a travel cot which we provide. Good to know: we can set these up in advance of arrival if you let us know by completing our online check-in form.

In Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) – 1 king size bed, 1 single sofa bed.

Bedroom Two (twin room) – there are 2 single beds.

Bedroom Three (twin room) – there are 2 single beds.

Bedroom Four (downstairs, via the entrance hall), has a double bed.

Bathrooms:
Main Bathroom (upstairs) has a wc and large vanity basin, a bath with separate shower enclosure with electric shower.

Shower Room (downstairs) has a wc and vanity basin, and a large quadrant shower enclosure with electric shower.

Our Outdoor Space:

To the front of the house we have a gravel driveway with space for 3 or 4 cars. There is a lawn and some seating. There is a gate each side of the house separating the front garden from the back.

To the rear of the house we have a paved patio, a smoking area, an outside tap with shower attachment (handy for washing paws and we also provide dog towels), and a Rattan table with seating, a large picnic bench plus a small lawn area.

Our outdoor spaces to the front and rear of the house are enclosed making them a safe space for dogs and children. There are incredible views of the mountains too.

Good to know: All beds will be made up with freshly laundered, steam-pressed bedlinen and there are towels & hair dryers in every bedroom. There is also an iron/ironing board included for convenience.

We do have a removable baby gate, travel cot & high chair. There is a cordless vacuum cleaner at the house as well as a mop and cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets.

We decorate for Christmas and usually will have this done late November/early December.

Parking & EV Charging:

There is ample space on the gated driveway for up to 3 cars to park at the property. An additional car can fit and there is local free parking if more than 4 cars are arriving. We request guests notify us if more than 3 cars will be arriving so that we can advise on parking.

We have an EV charging point installed for the exclusive use of our guests – this is Pay As You Go using a QR code at a competitive rate of 45p per kWh.

House Rules:

A personalised, digital guest guide will be sent 7 days before arrival (this can be sent earlier if requested) and there is also a guest information folder at the house with details of our house rules which are standard and reasonable. The main points being that smoking indoors is strictly not permitted and we do kindly ask guests to recycle during your stay to ensure we comply with local waste management rules.

Guests with dogs, we respectfully ask that the dogs are not allowed in bedrooms (particularly not in beds) and that the dogs are not left on their own at the property for any period of time.
